What moves can you use out of battle?

I know that you can use all HMs out of battle, but there are some like dig and headbut that you can use out of battle. Does anyone know what all of these moves are and in what games they can be used out of battle?

Not all of these moves are field moves in every game. Check respective pages for details.

HMs- Cut- Defog- Dive- Flash- Fly- Rock Climb- Rock Smash- Strength- Surf- Waterfall- Whirlpool

Other moves with overworld uses- Chatter (records audio for in-battle uses of Chatter)- Dig (in caves, transports player to their last Pokemon Center)- Headbutt (allows player to shake some trees for wild Pokemon)- Milk Drink (transfers 20% of user’s HP to a party member)- Secret Power (creates Secret Bases)- Soft-Boiled (transfers 20% of user’s HP to a party member)- Sweet Scent (causes a wild encounter to occur if player is standing on a valid tile)- Teleport (transports player to their last Pokemon Center)
