What moves should I use in place of those I cannot access from Smogon’s set analyses?

Game used: Pokemon SunI am breeding Eevees and all Eeveelutions will have 6IVs. I am using Smogon SM recommended sets so that means they have the same Natures, Abilities and EVs. Unfortunately, some moves are only available in USUM or are Hidden Power types I can’t have with 6IV Pokemon.

This wasn’t suppose to be a Rate My Team question, however looking at the way I formatted the question, It does andI realized I never stated that this was the Official Smogon Set and isn’t my own. I am now unsure if I should move this question to RMT but this is about asking for alternative moves and sets to Smogon for SM only

Note: 6IV Pokemon Hidden Power will always be Dark Type.

Hyper Voice and Hell Bell are both Move Tutor moves and are not available in SM. Sylveon also has 6IVs and cannot have Hidden Power Fire.

Vaporeon NU:Wish Support set is possible in SM, however it cannot learnHeal Bellor useZ-Celebrate set.Toxic is preferred anyway. Heal Bell is a Tutor Move move available in USUM and Celebrate is an event exclusive move.

Espeon RU:Calm Mind set is possible in SM, however it cannot learnTrickfor Choice Specs set. Grass Knot is a recommended substitute however, Trick is preferred. Trick is a Move Tutor move available in USUM.

Umbreon RU:Cleric set seems fine however it cannot learnHeal Bellin SM. Toxic is a recommended substitute however, Heal Bell is preferred.

I use Smogon sets because I am a beginner to competitive and even though I don’t have the confidence to do online competitive battles, I still want them to be battle ready and I might even use them on the battle tree.

I positive that some sets just won’t work without the recommend moves, specially Sylveon’s Cleric role so I’m looking for moves that do a very similar job or a completely new set that works better with the Pokemon that are Sun and Moon compatible. I do not have access to Move Tutor moves or moves available from later games so they are not an option. Any egg moves and TMs available in SM are allowed.

I’m not looking for team suggestions. I’m just looking for the best way to use these Pokemon whenever it is an attacking role or a supportive role. I want the best strategy and move set for that specific Pokemon. Even if it’s just for one of them. I’m looking for move sets and strategies for all the Eeveelutions.

Hidden power was supposed to be Jolteon’s coverage move. Without it, you’ll have to go with the next best coverage move, which is signal beam.Flareon has pretty much the same problem. Its next best coverage move is iron tail.Leafeon is your Z-move user, so you can give it more coverage by teaching it dig and giving it a groundium Z.Sylveon wants hyper voice as a STAB attack and hidden power as a coverage move. When you can’t learn those moves, just teach the next best STAB attack and coverage move, which are moonblast and psyshock.
