What pokemon have a double resistance to water?

Every Water/Grass, Water/Dragon, and Grass/Dragon Pokemon has a 4x resistance to Water moves. As of Scarlet and Violet, this list consists of:

In addition, most single-type Water and Dragon types will become 4x resistant to Water moves when Forest’s Curse is used on them. The exceptions are Pokemon like Poliwhirl and Lumineon, which can be immune via other means.

Ogerpon-Wellspring isn’t on this list because its only Ability is Water Absorb. Even though Pokemon like Tatsugiri have Storm Drain/Water Absorb, they’re on this list because they have other Abilities that don’t provide a Water immunity.

Lotad, Lombre, Ludicolo, Kingdra, and Palkia all have a double resistance to water. If you take into account abilities, (water absorb, wonder Guard, and storm drain) Then Shedinja, Poliwrath, lapras, vaporeon, Chinchou, Politoed, Quagsire, Mantine, Suicune, Cacturn, Seismitoad, Maractus, Jellicent, Cradily, Gastrodon, Lumineon, and Maractus (again because of storm drain) can all be immune to water in essence.

Kingdra, Lotad, Lombre, Ludicolo, and Palkia have a double resistance to water.
