What Pokemon make good weather tanks/stallers?

I know Absol asked about sweepers, but what about the ones that are kinda slow, like Rain-Hydration-Vaporeon and Overcoat-Mandibuzz?? They’re pretty good….

well, there are some weather abusers for stall teams I have found useful. Magic Guard Reuniclus can be used as well but I figured you can find that set easily.
