What Pokemon should I breed with my female Pignite so it can learn thunder punch or more fighting moves?
Im only past the second gym so I really want to know ahead of time

It can’t get Thunder Punch through breeding. However, it can learn it from the Move Tutor in Driftveil City, so save up your Red Shards can get him to teach it to Pignite if you want it.
As for Fighting type moves, there are several options. Superpower is the only Fighting type Egg Move.
Darmanitan and Beartic are both Gen V Pokemon that learn it levelling up (although in Bearic’s base it is at level 1).
Both of those Pokemon can get it via Move Tutor as well, if you are too lazy to level them up. Bibarel can also get it via Move Tutor, and Smeargle can learn it (unsurprisingly), but you probably don’t want to bother with that.
So get a Male of any of those Pokemon, teach it Superpower through whatever method, and then breed it with your Pignite.
As for other Fighting type options - take an Emboar to the Reminder Girl and it can learn Hammer Arm, which is probably the best option without breeding (I’ll leave it to you which you think is better, though).
Well, I assume your playing Gen 5.If you’re playing Gen 6, tag your question with ‘xy’.In fact, in all questions state what your game your playing through the tags. :)
Anyhow, Tepig cannot learn ThunderPunch through Egg Moves, unfortunately, however it can learnSuperpower. So… let’s learn it! :D
The Pokemon we need to viably breed with your Pignite has to be:- Male- In the’Field' egg group- Has to know the move ‘SuperPower’
Nidoking will always be male as well, so you don’t have to worry about the gender stupidity.
Nidoking will learn SuperPower through the Move Tutor, so what I would do is since you are not training it (I assume) then trade Nidoking from another game into this game, and breed with your Pignite. Remember, it must know Superpower!
If you can’t get it from another game, it doesn’t seem possible to give Pignite the ‘Superpower’ move. However, I did minimal research so feel free to let other people answer. xD
EDIT: Thanks to my Excel-manipulating skills, I was able to find out a bunch of other Field-Pokemon that can learn Superpower through Move Tutor:
