What Pokemon with good Speed would work well for this strategy in Gen 7 Doubles OU Showdown?

So, for this strategy, I use Mimikyu and another Pokemon. This is the strategy:1: Mimikyu uses Snatch2: My ally Pokemon uses Belly Drum3: Mimikyu snatches Belly Drum, raising it’s Attack Power to the highest(hopefully Disguise protects Mimikyu from the HP drop effect from Belly Drum)So, would this strategy work? Alright let’s take another shot at this.Charizardcan learn Belly Drum as an egg move. It has a high speed stat of exactly 100. Paired with Mimikyu, it can take care of Mimikyu’s Steel type weakness with it’s Fire STAB. Plus, Charizard has the ability to Mega Evolve into Mega Charizard X/Y.
