What shiny Pokémon can only be obtained by breeding/wild encounters, and are not found in Max Raids?

I’m asking mainly because finding shinies through shiny hosts are very common nowadays, and so the shinies that can be found this way lose value to me. I want to shiny hunt (via breeding) a Pokémon that can’t be found through max raids, otherwise I would be better off finding a person shiny hosting said Pokémon.

Alternatively, can every galar Pokemon/DLC Pokemon be found in max raid dens? This would allow me to know that in fact there are no Pokémon that can’t be found in max raids and thus every Pokémon can be found shiny in a max raid den.

Excluding starter Pokemon and legends/mythicals of course.

Edit: edited question since i’m only interested in Pokémon that can’t be found in raid dens, shiny wild encounters are fine.
