What's a good held item for Gourgeist?

Right now, Leftovers is one of the best items for Gourgeist. Since it has great Defensive capabilities and access to Leech Seed, health will be recovered very quickly. If you cannot use Leftovers, Rocky Helmet or Sitrus Berry are items to consider.
