Rotom-Wash.

Emboar’s weak to Psychic, Flying, Water and Ground.

Rotom-W is only weak to Grass, immune to Ground, and has a Flying and Water resistance. It can also deal with them with a STAB move.

A seismitoad would do good in my opinion why? well even though I dont like this Pokemon its really strong plus you can get it to learn ice punch for your flying type weakness as for the water type weakness you can also make it learn grass knot yes maybe its not the best choice, but! seismitoad weights allot so he could do some serious damage to some water type opponents if you dont want it to learn grass knot he also learns good normal type moves which are also effective based on this I would recomend this moveset: Ice punch, Grass knot, hydro pump and hyper voice, too physical attacks that can be useful if you have the ability poison touch
