You can get them from some trainers after they call you on PokéGear, getting 1st prize on Bug Catching Contest (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), buying them in PokéAthlon Dome for points, finding them with Dowsing MCHN, getting from wild Pokémon and using Dowsing MCHN on PokéWalker (also held by some wild Pokémon).
