Where can I fight trainers with these Pokémon?

Hi, I need to “see” the following Pokémon for my Pokédex in BDSP. I just need the page filled. There’s a few more I need, but those will be easily solved when I fight the E4. Thanks!

I know a few of these can be found in the wild, but is there atrainer I can fight insteadwith these?

For the legendaries, obviously no trainer will have them, butI’d prefer not to encounter themif I can avoid it. I want to shiny hunt them on a later date, so if there’s a place I can “see” them without encountering, please let me know
