Which Eeveelutions override one another?
Say I level up an Eevee near the Icy Rock, it has 2+ Affection in Pokemon Amie and knows a fairy type move, and is at 220+ happiness at daytime.
What Eeveelution would it evolve into?
Would it evolve into Glaceon due to me leveling it up by the Icy Rock,Would it evolve into Sylveon due to the 2+ Affection in Pokemon Amie and a fairy type move,or Would it evolve into Espeon due to the 220+ happiness during daytime?

Sylveongets priority soEeveewould evolve into aSylveoninstead of aEspeon/ Umbreon.
If yourEeveehas+ 2 Affection in Pokemon Amie, aFairy Type Moveand220 + Happiness During the Daytime/ Nighttimeyou would needEeveetoForget the Fairy Type Movein order for it to evolve intoEspeon/ Umbreon.

Priority order:
It seems to be in order of how hard it is for it to evolve.Sylveon seems pretty obvious as it is.Leafeon and Glaceon need to be in a specific place in order to evolve, and Espeon and Umbreon can only evolve at a rather broad time of the day, any where, which is quite easy.
I also notice that the more recently they were introduced, the more priority they get. Probably because Game Freak were trying their best to find new ways to evolve these Pokemon. They’ve gotten harder over the years. :P
