Which elemental fang attack is best for Gliscor?

Which Elemental Fang do you guys think would be the best to have(or do you think I should have more than one of the Fangs) I personally was thinking fire fang but thunder fang would also work well too. I’m playing through Platinum again and I really want to use him.

You should use Fire Fang because it gives you coverage to Ice type which you are 4x weak to. A possible moveset for this could be: Fire Fang, Earthquake, Aerial Ace and if you want Thunder Fang so that you cover all your weaknesses.

A super effective fang move is weaker than a neutrally effective earthquake, so I think all 3 fang moves will be kind of useless. If you really want to use a fang move, then I guess ice fang would be the best because you can use it against 2 of Cynthia’s Pokemon and use it to decorate cakes. If you don’t, then this is the moveset that I would recommend.

Ability: hyper cutter- sand attack -> earthquake- harden -> cut -> X-scissor- knock off -> faint attack -> poison jab -> swords dance- quick attack -> aerial ace

You can get infinite TM26 earthquakes and TM40 aerial aces in the Battle Frontier, so I don’t think you should worry about wasting them on a Gliscor. And because it doesn’t really need any moves other than earthquake, you can use Gliscor as an HM slave.

Get fire fang. When I had my Gliscor, I had Fire fang, Sky Uppercut, Earthquake, and Aerial Ace. Fire fang can dominate Aaron’s Pokemon except Drapion, which you can take out with earthquake and also destroy ice types of Candice which you are 4x weak to. Then again you can have Aerial Ace. Ice fang might be good too for 4/6 of Bertha’s team and Cynthia’s Garchomp. Thunder fang is good for Crasher Wake, but it’s really your choice on which elemental fang you want
