Which fighting type Pokemon should I catch in Pokemon Emerald?

I need a fighting type Pokemon to defeat Norman (fifth gym), but the only ones I found were Gallade and Machamp. Ralts is very rare to have a Gallade, and I cannot have a Machamp because I play on my phone. What is the Pokemon I choose and where do I capture it?

once I had a breelom but it was very weak against flying types. some a recomend you to use a hariyama . I used it in omega ruby.

Cons-only it’s attack is good-4x weakness to flying-very bad to fit a grass move on it

YamaPros-Very bulky and hard hitting-Can learn vital throw at lv13, which is very good at that point of the game-can learn stuff like eq, rock tomb…-is a early game monCons-Pitful speed-if using a belly drum set, it will became vulnerable-all of his other stats are bad

Overall I would choose Hariyama, it have better coverage moves, acess to bulk up or belly drum,it have thick fat to protect him for fire and ice moves.
