Which is better for Gen 9 competitive, Tornadus or Thundurus?

I’m trying to build a competitive Pokemon team, and I want a Prankster/Tailwind user. With Thundurus and Tornadus destroying Murkrow in stats, movepools, and just existing overall, I easily eliminated Murkrow. So now I want to know which one I should use.(Also not sure if this will help, but I don’t have anything else for sure. I wanted to build the team with some sort of synergy with the Pokemon I end up using, so none of the other Pokemon are planned. And the suggestions will all be in Incarnate forme because the Therian formes don’t have Prankster.) Answers are appreciated :)

(Considering this is Doubles OU)Tornadus, of course.Thundurus doesn’t even learn Tailwind. However, if you need a fast special sweeper, use Thundurus-Therian. Tornadus is also in Gen 9 Doubles OU, used as aTailwind Setter.Here’s a sample set from Smogon:

However, the both of them make a good pair since Thundurus-Therian doesn’t have the speed to outspeed a lot of fast sweepers, and Prankster Tailwind makes great use of that.
