Breloom@Life OrbEVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HPNature: JollyAbility: Technician-Mach Punch-Bullet Seed-Spore-Rock Tomb

Pros:-Can put opponents to sleep-Most of the Pokémon that outspeed it can be dealt with by Mach Punch, and slower Pokémon are put to sleep-Bullet Seed negates sashes, substitutes, and sturdy-Very strong-In NatDex AG, it is possible the best check to Spore-Baton Pass smeargle and Extreme Evoboost EeveeCons:-Bad defensive typing- Breloom isn’t exactly very bulky- Awkward speed tier

Ferrothorn@Rocky HelmetEV spread: 252 HP, 128 Def, 128 SpDNature: CarefulAbility: Iron Barbs-Leech Seed-Toxic-Stealth Rock-Spikes

Pros:-Amazing defensive typing-Huge bulk that lets it occasionally survive Fire-type attacks-Severely punishes physical attackers-Good staller with Toxic and Leech Seed-Spikes and Stealth Rock helps my wallbreakers, especially Ash-GreninjaCons:-It is still very weak to Fire type moves-Lacks the sleep move or offensive presence that Breloom possesses-Slow as hell (no Trick Room since my team uses mostly fast sweepers)-Taunt bait

Here are the other two Pokemon that complete the FWG coreGreninja-Ash@ Life OrbAbility: Battle BondEVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpeTimid Nature- Water Shuriken- Dark Pulse- Ice Beam- ExtrasensoryCharizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite YAbility: DroughtEVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpeTimid NatureIVs: 0 Atk- Fire Blast- Solar Beam- Focus Blast- Air Slash

Ferrothorn is almost certainly better than Breloom. If you replace toxic or stealth rock with knock off or gyro ball, then it stops being taunt bait, and its offensive presence is enough to threaten some common Pokemon, like Clefable, Latios, Greninja, Tapu Fini, Magearna, and Corviknight.sourceIf you’re really sure you want an offensive grass, then you should use Kartana, not Breloom. Kartana’s physical attack is so much stronger than Breloom’s that Kartana’s unboosted attacks usually do more damage than Breloom’s technician-boosted attacks. Kartana doesn’t need priority because it outspeeds most things. Breloom’s bullet seed isn’t very useful because the most common sturdy user (Skarmory) and the most common substitute user (Dragapult) both resist grass. The most common fire Pokemon in this metagame is Heatran, which isn’t weak to rock tomb.

252 Atk Technician Breloom Mach Punch vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Heatran: 186-222 (48.1 - 57.5%) – 92.6% chance to 2HKO252 Atk Kartana Sacred Sword vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Heatran: 238-282 (61.6 - 73%) – guaranteed 2HKO

Breloom would be my choice , three of Breloom’s moves that you are most probably going to use are boosted due to Technician, it covers its Fire type weakness with Rock Tomb, the Spore set up is really good, Mach Punch being a STAB boosted by Technician is very good, but then your team has a Major Fairy weakness, so I know Ferrothorn is supposely defensive but one of its moves should be changed(maybe Spikes) in case a Steel/Flying comes in, while your team needs cover, Gyro Ball would not be much used if Ferrothon is burned. But is you have a Pokemon that can set up Rain when switch in Ferrothorn might be the better if the twoI’ve hoped I’ve helped!
