Which Pokemon can effectively use the Rest + Recycle + Lum Berry strategy?

This is for a OC in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Sky of Destiny by Blueliliac Eevees, and I just want to get my information right..Also, I’m not sure whether it works, so input on that would be also appreciated.

Since any Pokémon can hold a Lum Berry, the only thing we need to find is which Pokémon learn Rest and Recycle. And as it turns out, Alotof Pokémon get this combo:
