Which Pokemon can gain the most passive recovery per turn, and how?

I just wanted to know how much damage you can heal per turn. The most healing I can think of is Ice Body + Aqua Ring + Lefties Walrein.

That would beLudicolo.Through the use of Rain Dish, Leftovers, and Leech Seed (all at once), it can recover almost a quarter (3/16’a to be exact) of its health in one turn (given that rain has been set up.).Add some protect stalling into the mix and it’s rather difficult to kill, as it can regain 6/16’s of its HP simply by using Protect.

I know it’s not a final evolution poke but

ingrain + aqua ring + big rootOnly corsola can learn that thoughin total it would be 20% every turn (1/5)which is better than 3/16 which is 18.751%so, therefore, the above combo gives you the best passive healer(corsola also learns recover….. noice)

edit:

Leech seed + ingrain + rain dish + big rootthis one is 30% per turn which is insanebut only 20% if there is no rain
