Which Pokemon works best using Hypnosis and Dream eater?oops sorry I meant for no legends :(

Darkrai can do it with Dark void. As for Non-legendaries Gengar work very well with it.

Ideal sets

Darkrai, Dark pulse, Dark void, Dream eater, and Ice beam

Gengar, Shadow ball, hypnosis, dream eater, and Thunderbolt

you might want a way to trap the opponent as well because of sleep clause, Baton pass+mean look is good. Umbreon, Giraffirig, and Absol can do this.

Darkrai. With bad dreams as his ability, the opponent will take damage every turn if asleep! He can learn Dark void as his signature move which has 80 acc but hypnosis as 70 acc. Gengar works well with his high speed

Darkrai- also has bad drams ability. If you wanted extra damage also teach it nightmare & darkvoid instead of hypnosis (hits dark types too)

If darkrai doesnt work try gengar. He can also learn nightmare

after the edit: definetly gengar. teach it hypnosis nightmare dreameater and mean look. mean look, then hypnosis dream eater then nightmare and then use an item to stall or use dream eater again
