Which Pokemons are banned from VGC 2020?

I’ve heard that legendary Pokemons are not allowed in tournaments, but who else are banned from the tournament other than legendaries.

Currently, all Pokémon in the Galar Pokédex are allowed except Zacian, Zamazenta, and Eternatus. Additionally, Cobalion, Verizion, Terrakion, and all the Alola starters are allowed.
