Which version exclusive Pokemon have different base stats?
E.g. Magmar has 495 BST, while Electabuzz has 490.

I feel that the answer above didn’t finish all the gens, and didn’t classify all the version exclusives correctly. For example, Ninetales should be compared to Arcanine because they are situated (and can be encountered) on the same route, but Ninetales is compared to Sandslash (Alolan version is an exception).
