Who is able to check the Tapus?

I need one mon that can check majority of them.

I decided to give an anwser for my old self. And here’s the conclusion I made.

Tapu Lele

Muk-Alolan is able check it cause of Assualt Vest. With it, Muk can avoid 2HKOs from Moonblast and Focus Blast and then OHKO it with a Poison Jab.

Tapu Fini

I messed with the Showdown damage calculator and realised that Tapu Koko and OHKO Defensive/Calm Mind Tapu Fini with Thunderbolt in Electric Terrain as Long as I bring in Tapu Koko safely. A taunt is also helpful.

Tapu Koko

Pheromosa is able outspeed and OHKO it with Poison Jab as Astronautical mentioned above. Scarfed Landorus/Garchomp is also able to OHKO it with a Earthquake.

Tapu Bulu

Marowak-A is a solid check to Bulu being able to resist its STAB and other moves. A poison move is also able to bring it down.

And that’s done. I realised that I need to depend on different mon to check them, not just only one. I will be removing this from the non selected anwser question section.

All the Tapus are weak to Poison, so I’d suggest using a Poison-Type, like Alolan Muk. I wouldn’t use Toxapex or Tentacruel since both are weak to Tapu-Koko’s electric attacks. Also, I wouldn’t use Salazzle since it’s weak to Tapu-Fini’s water attacks. Alolan Muk would be immune to Tapu Lele’s psychic attacks and takes normal damage from Tapu-Bulu, Tapu-Koko, and Tapu-Fini’s attacks.
