Who's better, Latias Or Latios?

I think Latias is better Because Latios has useless points in the attack stat.

Well, the true answer to that is that they play different roles, and as such, cannot be compared to one another. Latias is a tank, and meant to support your team and take hits rather than give them. Latios is a sweeper, and meant to give hits rather than take them. It’s not a case of which is better than the other, it’s a case of which would fit my team better. And I don’t know your team, so I can’t tell you!

And for the record, Latios' “useless” points in Attack allow it to run Earthquake to stop opposing Heatran. I’m using a Mixed Mega Latios (see my ORAS OU RMT) to great success.

Smogon’s ORAS OU Viability Ranking puts Latios at A+ Viability and Latias at A Viability, so there’s not much difference. I’m a more offensively oriented player, as such, I prefer Latios. Not to say that it’s better, I just like it better.

Basically, each of them play different roles:If you’re looking to hit your opponent hard, go for LatiosIf you need a support and slightly bulky Pokémon on your team, go for Latias

This was already answered, but I feel like answering it as well :P

Before I start I need to say one thingNeither one isbetter, they are each good in their own situation.

They are very similar, Latios has slightly more Sp Att and latias has slightly more Sp Def, but that is quite minor.

One of the biggest differences in them is their mega’s. Mega Latios has more Sp Att and Attack, while Latias has more Defenses.

It really depends on the situation and the need. If your looking for a straight out attacker, generally latios is a better option, but for a setup Pokemon or for calm mind generally latias is preferred.

One thing I would like to point out is that Latios’s extra attack isn’t completely pointless. You can try and trick your opponent by running a physical latios. He has decent physical moves with EQ and Zen Headbutt, plus body slam.
