Why can't I get a HA Scorbunny when breeding Libero Cinderace with Ditto?

So I’m trying to breed for a female scorbunny that knows Libero (for other breeding purposes) by using a male cinderace and ditto, but the HA isn’t passing down, I keep getting Blaze instead. Could someone tell me why?

I’m not sure if it’s something that you have to keep trying for or if what you get is definite, that’s why I saved in front of the Pokemon nursery.

P.S Also not sure if this impacts the passing down of HAs or not, but the Cinderace is holding an everstone, it has pokerus, it’s lower level than the ditto (like 4 levels) and I got him from transferring from Pokemon Home.

Since Generation VI, it is possible for male Pokémon, as well as Pokémon species with unknown gender (such as Magnemite) to pass down their Ability if bred with a Ditto, in which case it has a 60% chance to pass down its Hidden Ability. They cannot pass down a Hidden Ability when bred with any Pokémon other than Ditto.
