Why does Genesect’s download activate for Sp.Atk much much more often than Atk?

Do more Pokémon have higher defense than special defense or something?

Also it’s just that from what I’ve seen on random SwSh link battles, download has activated almost every time for specifically sp.atk, and it’s making it’s explosion damage weaker.

here are all average stats becoz why not?
